Deep carpet clean process
Stage 2 - Pre-spray treatment:
Next, we apply a professional pre-spray solution designed to break down built-up dirt, oils, and everyday grime trapped in your carpet fibres. This step loosens stubborn contamination and prepares the carpet for deep cleaning, ensuring a more effective and longer-lasting finish.
Stage 3 - Tough spots treatment:
Certain stains require specialist attention. We treat problem areas individually — including high-traffic marks, spills, pet stains, and stubborn spots. Using targeted stain removers, we carefully work on these areas to significantly reduce or completely remove staining wherever possible.
Stage 5 - Carpet wash and dirt extraction:
We then carry out a deep hot water extraction clean (often referred to as steam cleaning) using our state-of-the-art, professional-grade equipment for maximum performance and results. This advanced system delivers powerful, controlled water pressure and high-efficiency extraction, thoroughly rinsing the carpet while simultaneously removing embedded dirt, bacteria, allergens, and cleaning solution residue. The result is a noticeably fresher, cleaner, and more hygienic carpet with minimal moisture and virtually no residue left behind.
Stage 4 - Carpet agitation and dirt lift:
After the pre-spray has had time to dwell, we mechanically agitate the carpet fibres. This process lifts the pile, works the cleaning solution deeper into the fibres, and loosens embedded dirt that standard cleaning alone can’t reach. It helps restore the carpet’s natural texture and appearance.
